Randomness...  
A random post of rambling.

1) I had my hair cut today! It was waist-length, thick blonde hair. Now, it skims my shoulders, has choppy layer things at chin length and a side parting. And I have blonder highlights! My head feels lighter! I never realised how heavy my hair was... I feel like a different woman. It's good.

2) Hello new friend [info]omarandjohnny !!! I like making new friends and you seem like fun.

3) I was pointed in the direction of some new icons by lovely [info]lilithilien. Look at my saucy witch! 

4) Dr Horrible. How good was that?! My new super sekrit crush is NPH.

5) Tom Felton at the London premiere of Batman. So cute and blond and lovely. With a Very Fetching Lady Friend. Lucky man indeed. She is quite lovely and so is he. Oh, and Batman! Just a brilliant film. Heath Ledger just OWNED this film. Brilliant performance by him. 

6) Over on LJ, my friend [info]blamebramptonhas posted a series of punctuation and grammar tutorials. She's brilliant, Brammers. I feel strongly that they should be required reading for many who post HP fic at FF.net. 

7) Ummm.... 

OK. I've run out of randomness. I could tell you that my new, matt black handcuffs arrived in the mail this morning, which threw my husband slightly. I was like, "Um. Surprise?" He just rolled his eyes at me... this is why we've been married for 14 years. Lots of eye-rolling. But I am rambling now.  So I shall go and make coffee, possibly eat chocolate and hunt down something to read.

I cut all my hair off to my shoulders about a month ago, and it is amazing how much lighter your head feels afterward! I was like, how did I stand carrying all of that around for so long?? Plus it just tangled really easily and that was ick.

*giggles at the handcuffs* Dare I ask? ;)

Yeah, it just feels weird! In a good way.

Handcuffs. You can ask! I really don't know what came over me (fnar fnar) but I was looking at the Ann Summers website and thought, oh they look nice. I didn't mention the Strawberry Dick Lick (who thinks of these names?) cos as you can imagine, his eyes didn't roll at that one. It was more of a look of deep thought... could have been worse. Could have ordered a Rampant Rabbit.

WOW! That's quite the new look. Just needed a change? Something to go with your handcuffs? MROWR.

I've never had hair that long -- the longest it's ever been was down to my shoulder blades, but after I got it chopped I remember how startling it was to wash my hair the next day. And I needed just a fraction of the shampoo!

Dr. Horrible was insanely good. I cannot wait for the DVD.

mmmmmmchocolate. My friend just got back from London and brought me a big bar of Dairy Milk. We have it here, but it doesn't taste the same. English cows are apparently happier than Canadian ones.

I was just bored with it. It's going to be far quicker in the mornings! LOL, if only you'd seen his face! Poor lamb...

Dairy Milk is my chocolate of choice. I know it's not posh or organic or whatever, but there's just something so comforting about it. I love it. I'm interested to know what the difference would be! Is there more vegetable oil in ours? That's the difference between ours and the rest of Europe's.

I don't know exactly what the difference is, yours tastes a little more mellow/smoother ... Although if I had to guess it was something to do with oils, it's probably that they use corn oil here -- no food in North America can be processed without corn apparently. I'll have to send you a bar of our Canadian stuff so you can have your own taste test. :)

My favourite chocolate in the world is Bourneville, which we can't get over here. Probably a good thing, as I would eat way too much of it.

So I guess with handcuffs on the horizon all thoughts of the fight have flown out the window?

Hehe, yes. We never fight for long. I'm just pleased I didn't embarrass myself further with a big old post of doom about it. I was going to, but Shelly persuaded me a drunken post party would be more productive. She was right! It really annoyed him to see me giggling and having fun with you two.
The handcuffs seemed like a good idea at the time... not sure what came over me! They looked pretty?!
